Paul R. Allen is Founder and Executive Vice President of UCNY, Inc. He has been architecting and developing applications systems for over twenty years. His experience includes developing systems for the financial, brokerage, pharmaceutical and manufacturing industries, specializing in transitioning clients to web based, object-oriented technology. He has taught numerous courses in computing at the Columbia University of New York. He has presented numerous courses and presentations on computing in cities world-wide, including London, Paris, Tokyo, Los Angeles, Vienna, Berlin, New York, Washington, D.C., Copenhagen, Oslo and Stockholm.
